The typical villa is designed with a modern architectural style while incorporating features characteristic of the tropical climate.
The structure comprises two semi-detached villas, with each ascending floor receding further back, creating a spacious feel for the neighborhood landscape. The architectural language is defined by a system of horizontal and staggered iron balconies on the building’s façade.
