Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

MPC

RESIDENCE

This building stands as a prime example of green design philosophy, realized within the densely populated urban context of Ho Chi Minh City.

With its modern and unique architectural form, the overlapping and interlocking blocks create an open and multi-dimensional living space. Each block is designed to optimize natural light and ventilation while maintaining a harmonious connection with nature.

The facade features sun-shading louvers, which not only add aesthetic appeal but also help reduce heat from direct sunlight. This design ensures ample airiness while protecting the interior environment from the effects of the hot and humid tropical climate. The building materials are carefully selected to ensure sustainability and environmental friendliness. A significant highlight of the building is the integration of greenery on the upper floors.

Trees and grass enhance thermal insulation, improve air quality, and create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere for residents. The greenery also helps mitigate the urban heat island effect, a common issue in large cities.

The green design philosophy of this building goes beyond creating a healthy and friendly living space; it also reflects a strong commitment to environmental protection. The design aims to optimize the harmony between humans and nature, providing a sustainable and peaceful living environment for the community.
