PEARL BEACH CLUB
The site has an area of 0.58 hectares, located on Route 719 and adjacent to the East Sea, within the Phan Thiet Pearl project.
According to the overall project orientation with an area of 14 hectares, the Beach Club is one of the two highlight structures. Inspired by the sunny, windy landscape and large sand dunes of Phan Thiet, reminiscent of a miniature desert, the structure is divided into several themed areas.
The Sun – this is the theme of the road area where the building is accessed, designed like a tropical green park, standing out like an oasis along Route 719. The Sand Dunes – this is the system of roofs that create the architectural language of the project, aimed at creating a shaded area, a transitional space (often referred to as the gray zone) interwoven with the landscape for the outdoor Beach Club space, connecting the indoor area with the pool area.
Taking advantage of the terrain and the existing two-story structure of the building, this roofing system gives a floating, impressive feeling to the interior space while maintaining a gentle charm when first approached.
Towards the sea, the bar is designed between the infinity pool and the beach, serving as the second highlight and the most vibrant spot, where all entertainment activities at this beach club take place. Finally, the structure has very distinct and unique features of this location, well-serving its functionality and standing out as a highlight on the beach.
