MPC COMPLEX

MPC Complex is located in Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, an area characterized by high population density, extensive construction, and a shortage of green spaces and urban voids.

The building stands out with its sophisticated blend of green spaces and modern architecture, clearly reflecting sustainable design principles. The architecture features a distinctive system of loggias running around the upper floors, providing open spaces combined with gardens to bring a certain degree of ventilation to the indoor spaces. The building’s facade is covered with green elements and aluminum slats, arranged along the floors.

This combination not only creates an attractive landscape but also helps reduce exterior temperatures, improves air quality, and saves energy consumption for cooling systems. The greenery also acts as a natural insulation layer, maintaining a stable indoor temperature. Overall, the architecture of this building not only emphasizes aesthetic beauty but also prioritizes sustainability and energy efficiency. The integration of living, working, and natural spaces creates an ideal environment, enhancing the quality of life and contributing to environmental protection.
