The essence of the landscape lies not in complex ideas, but in the emotional resonance and timeless beauty of its natural surroundings, which give this project its distinctive charm.
The artificial water level of the landscape is consistently maintained by an embankment system, and at high tide, it merges seamlessly with the De Vong River. Boats docking along the river add to the sense of joy and togetherness, evoking a familiar, lively scene.
The hotel structure features multiple volumes inspired by Hoi An’s traditional architecture, while the spa mirrors the essence of a small quaint village. A “sunken” wooden pedestrian bridge connects the two buildings across the waterscape, offering a close-to-nature experience like no other.
